The size standard for both breeds is almost identical- 21.5-24", and 55-80 pounds (75 for the G Ret), but it really depends on the individual dogs. I’ve seen grossly exaggerated individuals on both sides of both breeds, but lots more WAY over-sized Golden Retrievers.

Ive Seen Some MASSIVE Labradors So Im Saying Them…But Generally They Are The Same Size…Although Its Said Female Black Labs Dont Get As Big As The Goldens…???
